Corporate AV Installation
Optimize-Av were tasked with providing a videoconferencing solution for a number of different size meeting rooms for our corporate client in the Greater Manchester area. We decided to specify Yealink solutions throughout as it covered all of the bases from 4 person meeting rooms up to Boardroom size which would facilitate up to 20 occupants within the meeting. Yealink is capable of either Microsoft teams rooms or Zoom rooms which mage it an ideal option for our client. It is easy to deploy from an installation perspective and is an affordable solution most whilst being reliable, robust and user friendly. There are also room booking panels for each of the meeting rooms so the client can schedule meetings and let the users know when the rooms are booked or free.
